WE CHANGE OUR MENUS REGULARLY SO THAT OUR CUSTOMERS CAN ENJOY FRESH AND SEASONAL DISHES. All of our food is prepared from the raw ingredients in our kitchens on a daily basis; with a huge emphasis placed on the provenance of the ingredient and that they have been produced in an ethical and environmentally considerate manner. Anything we can’t make ourselves we have sourced from local artisan producers, ICE CREAM UNION for our ice creams and sorbets and THE FLOUR STATION for our bread buns.

Everything we source is as local and as independent as possible. Our meat is from the family run W. BUNTING in Peckham, who work with small independent farmers in Sussex and Kent. Our fish comes from the family run FC SOPER in Nunhead, which is fresh off the dayboat in Cornwall, Devon and Norfolk. Our fruit and vegetables come handpicked straight out of NEW COVENT GARDEN every morning.
